This is a fully remote, relationship-based sales position with an industry-leading commission structure. We provide qualified warm leads — no cold calling or door knocking. You’ll meet with families virtually, understand their needs, and help them protect what matters most.

What You’ll Do
Contact warm leads to schedule virtual or phone appointments
Build trust and guide clients through coverage options
Work with 10–15 families per week (full-time)
Learn and use mortgage protection and retirement solutions
Grow into leadership by mentoring and developing new agents
Compensation & Growth
Commission-based role (average $500–$700 per family)
Bonuses and performance incentives
First-year income typically $70,000–$125,000+
Leadership income potential $150,000–$300,000+
Residual and passive income opportunities
